Throughout his career, Mike has built an enduring legacy within GOBA through various leadership roles and initiatives:

• Associate Vice President & Board Member:
  Serving on the GOBA Board of Directors for over a decade, Mike has provided invaluable strategic guidance and leadership.
• Corporate Partner:
  For the past seven years, he has strengthened the Association’s initiatives by serving as a committed Corporate Partner.
• Code & Standards Advocate:
  As a key member of the GOBA Joint Building Committee, Mike has contributed his expertise to address complex code issues. He also represents the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) on the Florida Building Commission’s Technical Advisory Committee.

Impact Beyond GOBA

Mike’s influence extends beyond his involvement with GOBA. At both the state and national levels, he has been a driving force in shaping key industry policies. His exceptional service has earned him multiple GOBA and FHBA Associate of the Year awards, along with many other honors throughout his career.

A True Servant Leader

Mike exemplifies servant leadership in every sense. Whether leading on policy matters or responding during times of crisis, he shows up for his team. When a recent hurricane threatened Florida, Mike assured all 80+ employees of Total Solutions Group that he would be there to support them, even with chainsaw in hand. Whether solving structural challenges or picking up a broom, Mike leads by example, inspiring everyone around him.
