Alili brings over 15 years of specialized expertise in structural design and construction to our team, making significant contributions to a diverse range of projects such as multi-family and residential developments. Holding a Master’s Degree in Structural Design from Madrid Polytechnic University and a Civil Engineering degree from Andes University in Venezuela, Alili’s extensive knowledge spans across concrete, steel, and wood-frame design and construction methodologies. Alili also holds an E.I. license in Florida.

As a seasoned Project Manager, Alili has successfully led projects for a wide clientele across Florida and the Southeast region. Her unwavering commitment to excellence is reflected in her passion and dedication to delivering exceptional results in every endeavor.

Amber AmRhein has over 15 years of design and construction expertise across various project categories, including multi-family, hospitality/theme park, commercial, healthcare, and residential. With a strong background in concrete, steel, and wood-frame construction, Amber’s pragmatic design approach results in sophisticated yet cost-efficient projects that consistently impress her clients. Serving as a Commercial Project Leader/Manager, she oversees numerous projects for diverse clients in Florida and the Southeast region. In her role, Amber also collaborates closely with teams, focusing on corporate operations and project management. Leveraging her architectural knowledge, she dedicates herself to mentoring staff and supporting their professional growth.

Angelica Gutierrez has over 7 years of architectural & structural drafting skills/experience and over 5 years of Project Management experience. Her career started in 2017 as a drafting technician at a structural engineering firm working on the completion of full set construction documents for jobs such as additions, remodels, wall repairs, truss repairs, new construction, and fire damage repair jobs working closely alongside engineers to complete the projects at hand, soon after she became a Project Manager leading the same work, completing site visits, and mentoring/training the new generation of employees. She is a certified AutoCAD individual. Her ability to conceptualize final products assists her with the production of projects. Being performance driven and detail orientated fosters her passion for this industry and contributes to her dedication towards producing quality work. Residential plans have been the primary focus of her current career track. As a Project Manager at TSG she is responsible for working closely with the clients and her team on projects such as Townhomes and new single-family community homes for her clients K. Hovanian Homes, American Homes 4 Rent, and Kolter Homes to develop complete, well organized set of construction documents.

Bill Verling, Project Manager, has over 25 years of architectural design and development of construction plans.  Bill’s hands-on approach along with his knowledge of construction is an asset to both the client and TSG in delivering a top-notch product every time. Bill is well-versed in prioritizing and communicating project scope requirements and is successful at managing and mentoring his team to ensure deadlines are met. Beyond his professional life, Bill takes great pride in his family. Camilo Moreno brings over a decade of design and construction experience across diverse project types, including multi-family, commercial, healthcare, and residential sectors. With a robust understanding of concrete, steel, and wood-frame construction, Camilo employs a pragmatic design approach to consistently deliver elegant and cost-effective projects that exceed client expectations. As a seasoned Project Manager, he oversees numerous projects for multiple clients throughout Florida and the Southeast region. Camilo holds a degree in civil engineering from Havana’s Cuba Technical College, Jose Antonio Echevarria.

With 23 years in the design and construction realm, his journey began during his days at ITT and Valencia, where he cultivated the foundation of his expertise. As a Senior Project Leader, he’s a driving force behind our team’s success, ensuring precision and inspiring continuous improvement with his infectious enthusiasm for innovative solutions. Known for his sharp wit, Chris brings a lighthearted touch to the workplace, enhancing team dynamics and adding a refreshing energy to our environment. When he’s not meticulously crafting construction documents or igniting motivation in the office, you’ll find him showcasing his carpentry wizardry or whipping up culinary delights for his family.

Craig is a State of Florida Certified Building Contractor and Licensed Home Inspector with over 33 years’ experience in the construction industry. Craig has been with FDS Engineering Associates since 2010. Prior to working for FDS he operated a small construction company for many years and has developed a working relationship with many contractors, designers and building officials. The ability to manage projects and the extensive knowledge gained from hands-on experience in the field allows him to provide excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Project design experience includes commercial strip centers, residential homes, and renovation projects.

Craig enjoys spending time with family, playing games, and hanging at the beach. His hobbies are woodworking and building items for his home.

Craig, a Senior Structural Designer and dedicated member of our engineering team for the past decade, brings invaluable expertise and commitment to our projects. With a wealth of experience in Architecture & Structural design and a genuine love for innovation, Craig plays a key role in the success of our projects. Beyond his technical prowess, Craig is an avid car enthusiast who finds joy in spending quality time with his wife and daughter. His passion extends to attending car shows, where his 1931 Ford Model A Sedan takes center stage.

Darryl Henderson has over 40 years of experience in a variety of project management and drafting types including multi-family, hospitality, commercial, healthcare, residential and education facilities. He has extensive knowledge of concrete, steel, and wood-frame construction. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for many projects for multiple clients throughout Florida and the Southeast. Currently focusing on Storage Facilities.

Darryl has been married to his beautiful wife and best friend since 1986 and has 3 grown kids and 3 grandkids. He loves to play Golf when ever he can and enjoys motor sports of any kind. He loves the Lord, his family, and his work in that order.

David Pillsbury, Principal Designer, has become an expert on home design over the past decades and is renowned in the Building and Design Industries. David has been published in numerous Home, Design and Builder magazines. His award- winning designs have also been featured in many popular magazines all over the county and abroad. He was elected as the National President of the American Institute for Building Design, and was named the 2015 Designer of the Year.

Elise Rand, Senior Project Manager, has nearly 20 years of residential design & construction experience and 15 years of management experience. A Certified Professional Building Designer, she specializes in production builders and is well-versed in building codes. She is committed to producing accurate and consistent construction documents while maintaining a seamless program for her projects. Driven by her passion for the industry and belief that a home is one of the biggest investments most people make, she strives to deliver the best plans possible. A lifelong Floridan and lover of sunshine, when not checking project logs and reviewing plans Elise enjoys photography, reading, classic movies and just about anything involving sun and water.

Jamie Linn Muroski is a Certified Professional Building Designer with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus in Residential Drafting and Design. She has been with Total Solutions Group since 2015 as a Project Manager and has recently been promoted as of January 2024 to Production Manager. Jamie Linn, her husband, and two feisty daughters are based in Orlando, FL.

Kathy has over 20 years of architectural experience and brings a wealth of expertise to TSG. Throughout her career, she has made significant contributions to a variety of projects, spanning design, project management, and production oversight. Kathy has worked on both single and multifamily projects, showcasing her versatility and proficiency. From crafting custom homes to managing production builder projects, Kathy’s dedication and skill shine through in every aspect, from conception to the final construction phase.

Kayla’s journey with our company commenced in 2015, marking the beginning of her impactful contributions across diverse projects. Her trajectory, starting as a CAD Tech and advancing to roles of increasing responsibility, culminates in her current position as a proficient Project Manager. Tasked with overseeing single-family projects for Taylor Morrison, Kayla thrives in her role, fostering close collaborations with clients and her team to craft meticulously organized construction documents. Prior to relocating to Florida, Kayla obtained her degree in Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute in Illinois.

Monarcha is a State of Florida, licensed Building Contractor (CBC028164) since 1984. She has been with Total Solutions Group (TSG) since 2018. Prior to becoming an employee of TSG, Monarcha offered plan review services for TSG through her micro-business, Adventure in Building, Inc. (AiB). AiB continues to provide residential pre-construction services (estimating/specifications) for custom home builders, and evaluations for accessibility (Aging-in-Place or Ease-of-Use) to homeowners. Monarcha holds Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designations from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). She designed an accessible kitchen that was awarded the Homes for Life Award, Single Space Award in 2013 from the NAHB and First Place, Accessible Living design in 2014 from The American Institute of Building Design (AIBD). Since 1997, Monarcha has been a professional member of GOBA (Greater Orlando Builders Association) and NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction).

Monarcha is known for being detail oriented, which is a great asset when reviewing construction documents for accuracy and code compliance at TSG.

Personal time includes maintaining a 64 SF community vegetable garden plot, gathering and cooking the produce and sharing the abundance with family and friends…watching Sci-Fi movies and making scrubbies.

In her role, Ni takes charge of the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to the creation of construction documents. She actively collaborates with clients, consultants, and the TSG team to ensure a holistic approach to project management.

With over a decade of administrative experience, Patricia has been an integral part of our team for nearly seven years. She has demonstrated remarkable growth within the company, evolving from an administrative assistant to her present role as Project Success Manager within our Operations Team. Her primary responsibilities include crafting proposals, maintaining client relations through diligent follow-ups, and facilitating budget setups.

Beyond her proficiency in administrative tasks, her genuine passion lies in collaborating with individuals across all departments and divisions within the company.

In addition to her operational duties, Patricia co-leads our TSG Culture committee, demonstrating her commitment to enhancing employee engagement and bolstering morale. Outside of work, she cherishes spending her weekends with her husband and two young children.

Raul started out with a passion for Architecture which then led him to his love and career in Structural Engineering.  Bringing nearly two decades of rich experience to the intersection of both worlds, Raul is a dynamic professional renowned for seamlessly blending the worlds of design and functionality. Throughout his career, Raul has successfully overseen the Structural design and analysis of a diverse range or projects including commercial buildings, custom residential homes, industrial facilities, and high-rise condominiums.  Raul is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and is committed to staying at the forefront of industry advancements.  As the Engineering Production Manager at TSG, Raul leads his team of talented junior engineers by broadening their knowledge of design and constructability, while producing cost-effective projects that meet the client’s vision.

Rick Marquez is a seasoned Project Manager with an impressive tenure of nearly 30 years at Total Solutions Group. His wealth of experience has made him an indispensable part of our team, consistently delivering outstanding results while forging strong relationships with our clients.

Rick specializes in a wide range of project types, from remodels to custom and production homes. He is dedicated to ensuring that each project is executed efficiently and upholds the highest standards of quality. Scott graduated from the University of Notre Dame and has over 36 years of structural engineering experience. He has lived and worked as far west as Arizona and as far north as Michigan. Since 2005 Scott has called Florida home. His project experience spans from California to Connecticut and from Minnesota to the Caribbean. Scott is experienced in a myriad of project types, sizes and complexities including commercial, residential, educational, institutional, military, health care and retail. His engineering background covers nearly all areas of structural design. He has designed high-rise structures, structures in high seismic and wind zones, and structures to withstand floods and ocean waves.

When he is not working, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, Patty, their children, and grandchildren. During the fall, Scott and Patty love to watch college football, especially their beloved Fighting Irish.

Susan Lei, Principal Designer, joined our team in July 2018 and brings extensive expertise to our Residential Design team. Susan is responsible for designing custom homes, remodels, single-family production homes, and townhomes. She works closely with our clients and the TSG team from conceptual design through the Construction Drawing phase to ensure that client expectations are met.   Susan holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University’s School of Architecture. She is both a member of the American Institute of Building Designers and a C.P.B.D. (Certified Professional Building Designer.)

Thien Duong, a Project Engineer, graduated with top honors from Open University, Vietnam in 2015. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, and Texas. With 10 years of experience in engineering design across various project types, including residential, commercial, and multi-family projects, Thien is adept at overseeing and reviewing engineering projects. He is committed to simplifying complex problems and firmly believes that if you can’t explain a concept in a simple way, you don’t understand it enough.

With over 25 years of extensive design and construction experience across a diverse range of projects, including multi-family developments, custom homes, remodels, and residential buildings, Uziel stands as a seasoned professional in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager within our esteemed production department, Uziel also assumes the crucial role of the company’s Pre-Drawn Plans Manager. In addition to his managerial responsibilities, he actively engages in creating numerous renderings and spearheading marketing projects for several of our valued clients.

Joining the TSG family in 1999, Uziel has been an integral part of our team, contributing his expertise to a multitude of projects while adeptly managing multiple accounts. Notably, he took the initiative to develop and lead our company’s financial class, providing essential insights and guidance to new employees. Uziel’s profound understanding of field construction coupled with his pragmatic approach to project management and drafting make him an invaluable asset to our team.
