Holding a Master's Degree in Structural Design from Madrid Polytechnic University and a Civil Engineering degree from Andes University in Venezuela, Alili's extensive knowledge spans across concrete, steel, and wood-frame design and construction methodologies. Alili also holds an E.I. license in Florida.

As a seasoned Project Manager, Alili has successfully led projects for a wide clientele across Florida and the Southeast region. Her unwavering commitment to excellence is reflected in her passion and dedication to delivering exceptional results in every endeavor.

Craig Brown, CBC, HI

Craig is a State of Florida Certified Building Contractor and Licensed Home Inspector with over 33 years’ experience in the construction industry. Craig has been with FDS Engineering Associates since 2010. Prior to working for FDS he operated a small construction company for many years and has developed a working relationship with many contractors, designers and building officials. The ability to manage projects and the extensive knowledge gained from hands-on experience in the field allows him to provide excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Project design experience includes commercial strip centers, residential homes, and renovation projects.

Craig enjoys spending time with family, playing games, and hanging at the beach. His hobbies are woodworking and building items for his home.

Beyond his technical prowess, Craig is an avid car enthusiast who finds joy in spending quality time with his wife and daughter. His passion extends to attending car shows, where his 1931 Ford Model A Sedan takes center stage.

Currently focusing on Storage Facilities.

Darryl has been married to his beautiful wife and best friend since 1986 and has 3 grown kids and 3 grandkids. He loves to play Golf when ever he can and enjoys motor sports of any kind. He loves the Lord, his family, and his work in that order.

He was elected as the National President of the American Institute for Building Design, and was named the 2015 Designer of the Year.

A Certified Professional Building Designer, she specializes in production builders and is well-versed in building codes. Driven by her passion for the industry and belief that a home is one of the biggest investments most people make, she strives to deliver the best plans possible. A lifelong Floridan and lover of sunshine, when not checking project logs and reviewing plans Elise enjoys photography, reading, classic movies and just about anything involving sun and water.

Monarcha is a State of Florida, licensed Building Contractor (CBC028164) since 1984. She has been with Total Solutions Group (TSG) since 2018. Prior to becoming an employee of TSG, Monarcha offered plan review services for TSG through her micro-business, Adventure in Building, Inc. (AiB). AiB continues to provide residential pre-construction services (estimating/specifications) for custom home builders, and evaluations for accessibility (Aging-in-Place or Ease-of-Use) to homeowners. Monarcha holds Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designations from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). She designed an accessible kitchen that was awarded the Homes for Life Award, Single Space Award in 2013 from the NAHB and First Place, Accessible Living design in 2014 from The American Institute of Building Design (AIBD). Since 1997, Monarcha has been a professional member of GOBA (Greater Orlando Builders Association) and NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction).

Monarcha is known for being detail oriented, which is a great asset when reviewing construction documents for accuracy and code compliance at TSG.

Personal time includes maintaining a 64 SF community vegetable garden plot, gathering and cooking the produce and sharing the abundance with family and friends…watching Sci-Fi movies and making scrubbies.

She has demonstrated remarkable growth within the company, evolving from an administrative assistant to her present role as Project Success Manager within our Operations Team. Throughout his career, Raul has successfully overseen the Structural design and analysis of a diverse range or projects including commercial buildings, custom residential homes, industrial facilities, and high-rise condominiums.  Raul is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and is committed to staying at the forefront of industry advancements.  As the Engineering Production Manager at TSG, Raul leads his team of talented junior engineers by broadening their knowledge of design and constructability, while producing cost-effective projects that meet the client’s vision.

Scott graduated from the University of Notre Dame and has over 36 years of structural engineering experience. He has lived and worked as far west as Arizona and as far north as Michigan. Since 2005 Scott has called Florida home. His project experience spans from California to Connecticut and from Minnesota to the Caribbean. Scott is experienced in a myriad of project types, sizes and complexities including commercial, residential, educational, institutional, military, health care and retail. His engineering background covers nearly all areas of structural design. He has designed high-rise structures, structures in high seismic and wind zones, and structures to withstand floods and ocean waves.

When he is not working, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, Patty, their children, and grandchildren. During the fall, Scott and Patty love to watch college football, especially their beloved Fighting Irish.

Susan Lei, Principal Designer, joined our team in July 2018 and brings extensive expertise to our Residential Design team. Susan is responsible for designing custom homes, remodels, single-family production homes, and townhomes. She works closely with our clients and the TSG team from conceptual design through the Construction Drawing phase to ensure that client expectations are met.   Susan holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University’s School of Architecture. She is both a member of the American Institute of Building Designers and a C.P.B.D. (Certified Professional Building Designer.)

With over 25 years of extensive design and construction experience across a diverse range of projects, including multi-family developments, custom homes, remodels, and residential buildings, Uziel stands as a seasoned professional in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager within our esteemed production department, Uziel also assumes the crucial role of the company's Pre-Drawn Plans Manager. In addition to his managerial responsibilities, he actively engages in creating numerous renderings and spearheading marketing projects for several of our valued clients.

Joining the TSG family in 1999, Uziel has been an integral part of our team, contributing his expertise to a multitude of projects while adeptly managing multiple accounts. Notably, he took the initiative to develop and lead our company's financial class, providing essential insights and guidance to new employees. Uziel's profound understanding of field construction coupled with his pragmatic approach to project management and drafting make him an invaluable asset to our team.
