Mike Keesee, FAIBD, serves as the visionary founder of Total Solutions Group. With a diverse skill set including certifications in Certified Aging in Place (CAPS), Certified Green Professional (CGP) and Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD), Mike brings unparalleled expertise to our team. Holding licenses as a Certified Building Contractor and Home Inspector further solidifies his commitment to excellence.

At the heart of Mike’s leadership are our company’s core values: 1.) Do what you say, 2.) Deliver on time and 3.) Give more than expected. Under his guidance, Total Solutions Group operates as an ESOP and embraces Open-Book Management, fostering a culture that thrives on transparency and collaboration.

Beyond the workplace, Mike finds solace and inspiration on his and his wife, Julie’s farm, The Gait Escape. Additionally, he showcases his passion for culinary arts as a member of the Whiskey Church BBQ Team, competing on the BBQ circuit.
