A History of Reliability
Total Solutions Group brings together the legacy and expertise of Keesee Associates and FDS
Engineering, offering comprehensive architecture and engineering services. Since 1993,
Keesee Associates has been a trusted leader in design and production services. In 2002, we
expanded our capabilities by forming FDS Engineering Associates, allowing us to tackle
complex design challenges with innovative solutions.
Today, as Total Solutions Group, we continue to evolve, combining decades of experience with
forward-thinking strategies to serve high-volume production builders, commercial developers,
custom home builders and homeowners across the Southeast. Our ESOP structure and Open-
Book Management philosophy empower our team, ensuring every project is delivered with the
highest level of dedication, efficiency, and value.
