We provide master Engineering, base plan maintenance, and lot release programs for production builders. We offer services for clients who already have an architectural designer on board or want to have TSG provide a streamlined one-stop full-service design program. Our designs are value engineered and builder specific, so each lot release is based on our builder’s specifications and construction practices.
