With over a decade of administrative experience, Patricia has been an integral part of our team for nearly seven years. She has demonstrated remarkable growth within the company, evolving from an administrative assistant to her present role as Project Success Manager within our Operations Team. Her primary responsibilities include crafting proposals, maintaining client relations through diligent follow-ups, and facilitating budget setups.
Beyond her proficiency in administrative tasks, her genuine passion lies in collaborating with individuals across all departments and divisions within the company.
In addition to her operational duties, Patricia co-leads our TSG Culture committee, demonstrating her commitment to enhancing employee engagement and bolstering morale. Outside of work, she cherishes spending her weekends with her husband and two young children.
