Receptionist

Total Solutions Group is looking for a professional “A” team player to join our amazing Team!

This team player will greet visitors, handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain

files and records, perform data entry.

Primary Responsibilities: The Receptionist serves as the face of the company, offering positive and friendly service to our teammates, guests and clients entering our office or calling on the phone.

 

Specific Duties & Tasks:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person, taking detailed messages when necessary
  • Greeting visitors upon arrival
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Perform Data Entry
  • Tracking and reporting for management
  • Ability to handle multiple changing priorities simultaneously in sometimes challenging situations and keeping management involved as needed

Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven track ability to meet deadlines
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Ability to function well in a high paced and at times stressful environment
  • Strong team player & professional demeanor
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft office suite with exceptional knowledge of Excel
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional projects

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Receptionist experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered.
  • Have obtained a valid driver’s license.
  • Eligible to legally work in the United States.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
