By purchasing, accessing, or using home plans, designs, or related services from Total Solutions Group, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before using our products or services.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our digital plans. By using our site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

  1. Sales Are Final

All plan sales and digital downloads are final.
Because our plans are delivered electronically, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been processed or downloaded.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact homeplans@mytsghome.com for assistance.

Please review all plan details, dimensions, and specifications carefully prior to purchase. If you have questions before ordering, our team is happy to assist.

  1. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

Payments are securely processed through a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details.

  1. Order & Digital Delivery

To purchase a plan, add your desired design to your cart and complete checkout using accurate billing and contact information.
After successful payment, digital products will be available for download via your confirmation email and/or your account dashboard.

  1. Building Codes & Local Requirements

Our plans are designed in compliance with generally accepted residential building codes and industry standards; however, building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting requirements vary by location.

The buyer is solely responsible for verifying that the purchased plan complies with all applicable local regulations, site conditions, and permit requirements before beginning construction.

In certain regions—including coastal, flood, seismic, or high-wind zones—additional structural engineering or design modifications may be required. Total Solutions Group offers in-house architectural and engineering services to assist with these adaptations upon request.

  1. Architectural / Engineering Stamps & Professional Review

Unless otherwise stated, pre-drawn plans do not include a professional seal or stamp from a licensed architect or engineer.

If your local building department requires sealed drawings, Total Solutions Group can provide signed and sealed plans through our licensed professionals, or you may engage a qualified local architect or engineer for review and approval.

  1. License & Copyright

All plans, drawings, renderings, and related design materials remain the exclusive property of Total Solutions Group and/or the original designer.

Purchasing a plan grants you a non-transferable, single-use license to use the plan for the construction of one (1) single structure only.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or distribute the plans in whole or in part.
  • Transfer, resell, or sublicense the plans to another party.
  • Use the same plan for additional builds without purchasing an additional license.

Plans are protected by the U.S. Copyright Act (Title 17, U.S. Code) and related laws. All rights reserved.

  1. Electronic Communications

By using our website or communicating with us electronically (including through our forms, email, or mobile communications), you consent to receive communications from us electronically.

These communications may include order confirmations, updates, notices, disclosures, and promotional messages (where applicable). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

  1. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or misrepresent your identity.
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the website or ecommerce platform.
  • Violate any applicable laws while using our services.
  1. Limitation of Liability

All plans are sold as-is and may require modification to meet local codes or site conditions. Buyers are responsible for verification, permitting, and compliance.

Total Solutions Group shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or losses resulting from:

  • Construction errors, material defects, or interpretation of plans.
  • Local code changes, site conditions, or permitting outcomes.
  • Modifications made by others after purchase.

Buyers assume full responsibility for verifying dimensions, conditions, and compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.

Our total liability under any claim related to plan purchase or use shall be limited to the amount paid for the plan.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Total Solutions Group, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our plans or website, or your violation of these Terms.

  1. Third-Party Services

Our website relies on third-party services (e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe). We are not responsible for their functionality, security, or policies. Please review their terms of service separately.

  1. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
